Backoffice pain points, solutions in production.

TCS · Ticket2024 —

Post-Oracle R12 backoffice

Pain
Migrating Oracle R11 to R12 left a critical module with no replacement — and operations could not stop.
My role
Owning layout and UX decisions, I designed the flows around operators’ routines and backed each delivery with unit and end-to-end tests.
Solution
New Contracts and Customers modules designed around operators’ routines, so the system switch wouldn’t stall the day-to-day.

NTT DATA · BEES2021 — 2024

BEES / Ambev backoffice

Pain
Internal users depended on other teams for day-to-day tasks on the B2B platform.
My role
I built the screens and the layer that feeds them only what they need, tracked how each feature was used and backed up newcomers on the team.
Solution
Internal tools that gave platform operators their autonomy back, without depending on other teams for the basics.

Design System from scratch

Pain
Inconsistent screens and legacy features that were hard to evolve in HTML/Thymeleaf.
My role
Side by side with design, I built and maintained the Design System components — and helped choose who’d join the team by running technical interviews.
Solution
A Design System built with the design team, giving screens a single language and a path to modernize the legacy.

Journey

A career made of jumps.

Every phase was a jump: leaving the comfort zone, pulling the chute and landing a little closer to what I wanted to build. Scroll to fall along.

  1. Phase 01Origin

    2011 — 2017

    Legião Mirim · Grupo Itaipu

    • Apprentice — Legião Mirim
    • Junior Administrative Assistant
    • Stock Assistant

The first jump. Almost six years among paperwork, spreadsheets and inventory — where I learned process, discipline and to see the pain of the people running the day-to-day.

  2. Phase 02Education

    2014 — 2015

    Etec Presidente Vargas

    • Building Construction Technician

Architecture and technology were always my passions. Alongside work, a technical course in Building Construction taught me to design before building — and, later, to choose which of the two paths to follow.

  3. Phase 03Education

    2016 — 2018

    Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes

    • Technologist in Systems Analysis & Development

The change of course: balancing inventory work with college, I found in code a way to solve the pain points I saw up close every day.

  4. Phase 04Work

    2018

    Industrialleds do Brasil

    • Web Development Intern

First job in tech. The kind of internship where you do a bit of everything — and the confirmation I’d picked the right course.

  5. Phase 05Work

    2018 — 2021

    Docket Brasil

    • IT Assistant
    • Front-end Developer I
    • Front-end Developer II
    • Front-end Developer III

Three years, four titles. I came in through IT support and left as Front-end III — growing with the team, side by side with design and helping choose who’d join next.

  7. Phase 07Work

    2021 — 2024

BEES · Ambev via NTT DATA

    • Front-end Developer
    • Software Engineer I
    • Software Engineer II

Over three years building the backoffice for the people who keep Ambev’s operation running. I learned to think at scale — product, team and autonomy for whoever is on the other side of the screen.

  8. Phase 08Teaching

  9. Phase 09Work

    2024

    2024 — now
